This is a product I used before and bought again. It is gentle, absorbs quickly, and has a nice scent. As a toner for inner dryness, it provides good hydration and isn't sticky, so I love it so much~*^^*
My mom has dry skin too, but she likes the Haru Haru toner even more than I do. It feels like the nutrients are more concentrated than a watery toner, and because the consistency is slightly thick, you can immediately feel the skin becoming hydrated deep inside as soon as you apply it. When I apply it at night before bed, my face stays glowing until morning, and the area around my mouth doesn't feel dry, so I'm using it generously every day.
It absorbs lightly and feels moisturizing, making it great to use after cleansing. Thanks to the hyaluronic acid, it feels like moisture is being replenished deep within the skin. It isn't overly sticky, and I am satisfied because it leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated. If you have dry skin, I think it would be great to use consistently as a daily toner!

I tried the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Acid Toner, and my first impression was that it provides sufficient hydration without feeling heavy. Although it has a slightly gel-like consistency, it absorbs faster than expected once spread on the skin, and since it doesn't leave a sticky residue for long, it feels light even in the morning. When applied to the back of my hand, it leaves a dewy glow rather than a greasy shine. 💧 I find it bothersome to apply multiple products when my skin feels tight after a workout or shower, but I liked how layering it once or twice immediately after cleansing left my skin feeling comfortably refined. Since it is hypoallergenic and vegan, it is suitable for adding hydration between more stimulating functional products, and the included 30ml miniature makes it practical to pack for travel or in a gym bag. It is a daily toner that I find myself reaching for consistently.
