Step 2 – International Shipping
- Your products are carefully packed and shipped from South Korea to Onyu's Quality Check & Dispatch Centre in India.
- This process typically takes 7–10 business days.
Step 3 – Quality Check & Domestic Delivery
- Once your order reaches our India facility, every product is verified for authenticity and packaging before dispatch.
- Your order is then shipped to your doorstep through our domestic courier partners, which usually takes 2–4 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for most orders is 12–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

At Onyu.in, every order is carefully sourced directly from South Korea and processed with great care. To help cover the costs associated with return shipping, inspection, handling, and processing, a fixed Return Processing Fee of ₹200 applies to eligible return requests.
Return Processing Fee
A ₹200 Return Processing Fee will be applicable for all approved return requests, including:
- Returns for a refund.
- Returns for a replacement or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved for a refund:
- The product must meet our return eligibility requirements.
- A fixed ₹200 Return Processing Fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- The remaining eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Replacements & Exchanges
If you request a replacement or exchange:
- A ₹200 Return Processing Fee must be paid before the replacement is processed, or it may be adjusted as part of the return process.
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be shipped.
Why is this Fee Charged?
The Return Processing Fee helps cover expenses including:
- Return shipping and logistics
- Product handling
- Quality inspection
- Packaging and processing costs
Important Notes
- The ₹200 fee is non-refundable once the return process has been initiated.
- This fee applies only to approved returns and replacements.
- Products that do not meet our Return & Refund Policy may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- If a return is initiated due to an error by Onyu.in (such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged product), the ₹200 Return Processing Fee may be waived after verification.
