It's gentle and removes makeup well, so I've been using it consistently! I use the cleansing milk as my first step and then follow up with a foam cleanser as my second.
I have sensitive skin, so my skin used to get very dry after washing my face, but after switching to this cleansing milk, it has definitely become more comfortable.
My skin is extremely dry, but I am very satisfied with this product because it is moisturizing and gentle. I gently rub it onto my bare face, add a little water to emulsify, and then rinse it off. Even after washing my face, my skin didn't feel tight; instead, it felt hydrated and comfortable. Since it cleanses gently without irritation and doesn't strip away moisture, my skin feels less dry. It is non-irritating, yet the cleansing power is excellent. It cleanly removes the sunscreen I usually apply and light daily makeup without leaving any residue. Because it has a soft lotion texture, I barely feel any friction or irritation when rubbing it on my face, making it very comfortable.
It's gentle yet has strong cleansing power, so I don't think there's anything better than this. I think I've been using it for about two years. I haven't had any breakouts, and I bought it because it was recommended by Inssi; it's the best.

I don't really like the squeaky, tight feeling on my face after cleansing, so I tried a milk cleanser. At first, I was worried the cleansing power might be weak, but it was actually quite good for removing sunscreen or light base makeup. When you apply it to a dry face and roll it slowly, the soft milk texture glides across the skin. After dissolving the makeup, you rinse it off with lukewarm water. What I liked most was that my face didn't feel overly tight or dry after washing. My cheeks tend to dry out easily, and on days when my condition isn't good, I feel sensitive even when washing my face, but since this feels gentle, I use it comfortably. It worked particularly well for morning cleanses or on days when I only wore sunscreen, rather than on days with heavy makeup. The main product is generous, and the set is really great because it includes a refill as well. Since I use cleansers every day, they run out quickly, but I realized I won't have to worry about buying a new one for a while. I want a thorough cleanse but don't want my face to feel too tight after washing, and this feels exactly like what I was looking for. Once I finish this bottle, I plan to use the refill right away.
